Tell us where you are

Your exam date, your licence, where you are in the course, the question that blocks you: the more we know, the more useful the answer.

Most questions about the modules, rewrites and deadlines are answered in the LLQP exam guide; every lesson is listed in the program.

Questions about your official exam — registration, eligibility, dates, results, rewrites — are handled by your provincial regulator and exam administrator. We are an independent preparation and cannot answer for them.

Quick answers

Before you write

When do I get access after payment?

Immediately. As soon as the $40 payment is confirmed, your account is activated and all 8 modules are unlocked.

Does my access expire?

No subscription and no renewal fee. Access stays open for as long as the course is offered, including content updates — and rewrites, if you need them.

I lost my password. What do I do?

Use "Lost your password?" on the login page. If the reset email does not arrive, write to info@llqp-exam.ca with the address you used to enrol.

Can I get a receipt for my employer?

Yes. A payment confirmation is sent automatically; on request, we issue a named receipt — useful if your agency or employer reimburses the preparation.

Do you offer group access for agencies?

Yes. Agencies, MGAs and insurers training several new agents can ask for group access: choose "Group access" in the form above.
