2What you buy
Personal access to a self-paced online preparation for the LLQP exams: 42 lessons, 2,760 questions with hints and explanations, a diagnostic, module checks, speed sets and 20 practice exams.
The preparation is a study aid. It is not the LLQP exam, it is not the LLQP course that approved course providers deliver and that is required before the exam, and it gives no licence, credit or certificate. Exam registration and fees are handled separately with your provincial exam administrator.
3Price and payment
The preparation costs $40 CAD, one-time payment, unless a different price or offer is clearly shown at checkout. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never receive your card details. A receipt is emailed after the transaction.
4Access and account
Access starts as soon as payment is confirmed and includes content updates published while the course is offered. There is no subscription and no renewal fee. Your account is personal: keep your login details confidential.
5Refunds

Write to info@llqp-exam.ca with your account email. Access is closed when a refund is issued. These terms do not limit any right you have under the consumer protection law of your province.
6Permitted use
You may not share, resell or transfer your access; copy, extract or republish the questions, explanations or lessons; use the content to build a competing product or to train an automated system; or bypass technical measures. In case of abuse, access may be suspended without refund after a written warning, unless the abuse is serious.
7Intellectual property
All content — question bank, explanations, lessons, texts, design and brand — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright. The questions are original and reproduce no official exam question. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use.
8No guarantee of success
The preparation improves your chances but cannot guarantee a pass: the result depends on your work and on the exam itself. The content is general information and study material, not legal, tax or financial advice. If our content differs from an official rule in force, the official rule prevails.
9Independence
Independent provider. LLQP Exam is not affiliated with, endorsed by or mandated by CISRO, a provincial insurance regulator, an exam administrator, an approved LLQP course provider or an insurer. Names are used for descriptive purposes only.
10Limitation of liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and aim for continuous availability, without guarantee. Subject to mandatory law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid. We are not liable for an exam failure, a decision of a regulator, or problems caused by your equipment or connection.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes are submitted to the courts of Ontario, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your province of residence, which always apply. We will first try to resolve any disagreement amicably.
