2What we collect
We apply data minimization: we collect only what the service needs.

We collect no sensitive information (health, origin, beliefs) and make no automated decisions with legal effect about you.

No sale. Your information is never sold, rented or traded, and never used for advertising profiling.
6Your rights
- Access to the information we hold about you;
- Correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
- Withdrawal of consent, subject to legal or contractual restrictions;
- Deletion of your account and progress.
Write to info@llqp-exam.ca. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca) or, where applicable, to your provincial commissioner.
7Security and breaches
Encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, restricted access, regular updates and encrypted backups. If a breach of security creates a real risk of significant harm, we notify the people concerned and the Privacy Commissioner as the law requires, and keep a record of the breach.
8Retention and deletion
Inactive accounts are deleted after 7 years without login, after an email notice. Accounting records are kept 7 years. Server logs: 12 months. On request, your account and progress are deleted, except records we must keep by law.
9Minors
The service is intended for people preparing for a professional licence and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has given us information, write to info@llqp-exam.ca and we will delete it.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service or the law. The version on this page is the one in force. Account holders are notified by email of any significant change.
